GOOD DEALS! in Panama City Beach Real Estate For May

This month's GOOD DEALS! include:

1. FORECLOSURE-Grandview West Condos- This is a low density building, built in 2004. This 3 bed, 2 bath gulf front condo is 1492 sq. ft. Has the master bedroom on the gulf which is desirable for resale and for rentals. Asking $256,900.00.

Why is this a GOOD DEAL? At the asking price, the price per square foot comes to $172.00 for GULF FRONT! The seller that got foreclosed on paid $400,500.00 for this unit in 2008. Building has heated gulf front pool, and fitness center. This unit features a large balcony, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

2. FORECLOSURE Condo- Portside, 2 bed/1.5 bath, 1120 sq. ft. end unit asking $104,878.00. That comes to less than $94.00 per sq. ft.
